Short answer: click the help icon in the top right to open the Sarrai helpdesk in a new tab. There's also a Chat button in the bottom right where you can ask your question directly.
Two ways to get help
The help icon in the top right takes you to the online helpdesk with articles and explanations.
The Chat button in the bottom right opens a conversation where you can type your question in plain language. Behind that chat is Sarrai herself: the same AI that helps your customers is here to help you.
