Get started with finding your way around the Sarrai back office: signing in, the navigation, and your own settings like presence, notifications, and language.
Signing in and starting screen
There are two ways to sign in, with an e-mail address and a password or passwordless with a link.
Main navigation
Learn how to reach each main section through the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
Changing the app's language
The entire Sarrai interface is both available in Dutch (NL) and English. Learn how to switch between these two.
Managing your profile and account
To manage your profile, click your avatar at the bottom left.
Setting your presence (available or away)
By setting your presence, you change the way incoming conversations are routed to inboxes
Managing sounds and notifications
Notifications are located at the bell icon on the top right.
