Changing the app's language
The entire Sarrai interface is both available in Dutch (NL) and English. Learn how to switch between these two.
Short answer: the top right of the bar shows NL and EN. Click the language you want to set the interface to Dutch or English.
Good to know
This choice changes only the language of the back office itself: the buttons, menus, and labels. Three things are completely separate from it: the language the AI agent answers in (Sarrai always follows the language of the visitor's message, not your admin language), what the customer sees on your Help Center (that follows the configured language of the Help Center), and the language of your knowledge base articles (an article can exist in NL, FR, and EN, managed per article in Content).
In other words: whether you use the back office in Dutch or English has no effect at all on your customers or on the AI's answers. It's purely your own work environment.
