Main navigation
Learn how to reach each main section through the navigation bar on the left side of your screen.
Short answer: you reach every main section through the narrow bar on the far left. From top to bottom: Inbox, Approval inbox, Expert channel, Content, Help Center, CRM, Reports, and (at the bottom) Settings.
The sections in brief
Inbox is where you handle incoming conversations. Your biggest workspace. See Handling conversations.
Approval inbox is where Sarrai proposes new knowledge base articles based on conversations. You approve or reject them here. See The AI agent.
Expert channel is where Sarrai puts a question to you first when she's unsure about an answer. You answer those questions here.
Content is your knowledge base: the articles and snippets Sarrai draws her answers from. See Knowledge base and content.
Help Center is your public help portal, organised into collections. See Help Center.
CRM holds the contacts and companies behind your conversations. See CRM.
Reports gives you figures and insights about your helpdesk, your content, and the AI. See Reports.
Settings covers users, teams, roles, your subscription, and the AI agent. See Administration and settings.
Good to know
Not everyone sees everything. What shows up in the bar depends on your role and the rights your administrator has granted: an operator doesn't see Content, CRM, or Settings, for example, and the Approval inbox only appears for people who have the approve knowledge base permission. So if a section is missing, it's usually a matter of role or permission, not a bug.
The language choice lives in the URL (/nl-BE/... or /en/...). If you share a link with a colleague, pass on the full URL including that language prefix. Otherwise the app reloads completely and sends your colleague to the right language version by way of a detour.
