07: Reports
The Reports give you insight into how your helpdesk is running: how much escalates, how your content performs, which customers come back the most, and how good the AI answers are. Each report is a system report that you view per period.
The reports are grouped into four themes: Helpdesk, Content, CRM, and AI agent quality.
