04: Knowledge base and content

Your knowledge base is the source Sarrai answers from. You manage it in the Content section: you write articles and snippets, organise them in folders and collections, and decide per item whether the AI agent may use it.

The richer and more current your knowledge base, the more questions Sarrai handles on her own. This section helps you build it well and keep it up to date.
