In Settings you manage your whole work environment: who has access, how conversations get distributed, your subscription, the AI agent, and your workspace. A lot of this is admin work, and what you're allowed to do depends on your role.
The settings are grouped: Conversations & chat, Subscription & billing, Customers/users/teams, Knowledge base & help center, AI agent, and Display.
