How much does Sarrai cost?

Sarrai starts at € 149 per month, with the first month free. There are four plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise), each with its own number of conversations per month. If you go over your limit, everything keeps working and you decide what happens.

The further up you go, the more you get. Starter includes 5,000 knowledge base items and 5 KickStart sessions per week, Growth moves to 25,000 items and 20 sessions per week, and from Pro on your knowledge base and KickStart are unlimited. Pro also adds the white-label chat widget, a REST API for your own integrations, SSO/SAML, audit logs, data export, and custom data residency (BE/NL). Enterprise is tailored, with an SLA and dedicated support.

Support by email and chat is in every plan. From Pro on you get priority support, and Enterprise comes with a dedicated point of contact.

Good to know about the price

Your first month is free, so you can try Sarrai out before you pay. There is no setup cost and you can cancel monthly. Pay yearly and you get 15% off. All prices are excluding VAT. The current prices are always on the pricing page.

About your limit: the system keeps working

Each plan includes a number of conversations per month. As you get close, we let you know at 70%, 90%, and 100% of your usage, so a limit never takes you by surprise.

When you reach 100%, nothing just stops. You choose what happens:

  • You activate a bundle of € 30 per 100 extra conversations and keep working.
  • Or the service pauses until next month, when your limit resets to zero.

You make that choice once for your account (auto-extend, so you never come to a halt), or you let it ask you again at each notification. That way there is never a surprise on your invoice: you stay in control.

What counts as a conversation?

A conversation is one exchange with a visitor, not each separate message. You can follow your current usage, and how close you are to your limit, in Agent Usage.
