How much does Sarrai cost?
Sarrai starts at € 149 per month, with the first month free. There are four plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, and Enterprise), each with its own number of conversations per month. If you go over your limit, everything keeps working and you decide what happens.
Configuring Sarrai's standard messages (per language)
In Settings > Chat you set Sarrai's standard messages: the first message and the out-of-scope message (Sarrai tab), and the handover message and the out-of-hours message (Escalation settings tab). You can fill in each message per language; leave a language empty and Sarrai falls back to the default text.
Configuring Sarrai AI's name, button text and avatar
In Settings > Chat > Avatar you personalise how the chat appears: the button text on the chat button, the name the assistant answers under, and the avatar image. Leave something empty and it falls back to the Sarrai default.
Requesting visitors' contact details in the chat
In Settings > Chat > Escalation settings, Request contact details lets you decide whether visitors fill in their details before chatting: Disabled, Optional or Required, and which fields (name, email address, company) are required.
